2. Purposes and basis of processing

  1. Through the Portal, the Administrator may collect and process your personal data.

The administrator may collect your personal data (in particular in the form of name, surname, address of residence/registered office, e-mail address, telephone number, position and place of work and other data provided in the content of the message), in particular via the contact form available on the Portal in order to answer your inquiry.

  3. In the above case, data processing may take place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b (taking steps to conclude or perform a contract) or art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (the Administrator’s legitimate interest in answering the query and enabling the use of the Portal’s functionality.

  1. The Portal uses cookies, and the Administrator processes the data contained in them for the purposes of maintaining and optimizing the Portal.

      1. The Administrator provides your personal data to the minimum extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Portal.
      2. The administrator will not share your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
      3. The administrator will not use your personal data for automated data processing within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.
      4. You have the right to access personal data processed by the Administrator and the right to request the Administrator to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal). You can also submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.  5. Using the profile on the Instagram platform

  1. Personal data of users using the Administrator’s profile on the Instagram platform are processed in order to respond to private messages addressed to the Administrator, to conduct discussions as part of comments under posts, to share Administrator’s posts with people following the profile, for marketing purposes consisting in informing about products and services by Administrator and for statistical purposes, consisting in the use of statistical data provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd. on the views of posts, their range, the number of interactions and demographic data of Users’ followers.
  2. Providing personal information is voluntary. Due to the rules of operation of the Instagram platform applied by Facebook Ireland Ltd, sending a message or commenting on a post means that the name, surname and photo on this website are automatically transferred to the Administrator.
  3. The processing of personal data of Users of the Administrator’s profile on the Instagram platform takes place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, i.e. in order to pursue the Administrator’s legitimate interests in the field of interaction with Users, responses to messages and comments, delivery of posts, and analysis of statistical data related to the profile.
  4. Detailed information on the processing of personal data of Users of the Administrator’s profile on the Instagram platform can be found at https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875. The User may at any time delete comments under the Data Administrator’s posts, unfollow the Administrator’s profile on the Instagram platform or delete the Instagram account.

6. Using the profile on the Youtube channel

  1. Personal data of users using the Administrator’s channel on Youtube are processed in order to respond to private messages addressed to the Administrator, to conduct discussions as part of comments under posts, to share Administrator’s posts with people following the profile, for marketing purposes consisting in informing about products and services by Administrator and for statistical purposes, consisting in the use of statistical data provided by Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC on the views of posts, their range, the number of interactions and demographic data of users’ followers.
  2. Providing personal information is voluntary. Due to Google’s rules for the functioning of the YouTube channel, sending a message or commenting on a post means that the name, surname and photo on this website are automatically transferred to the Administrator.
  3. The processing of personal data of Users of the Administrator’s Youtube channel takes place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, i.e. in order to pursue the Administrator’s legitimate interests in the field of interaction with Users, responses to messages and comments, delivery of posts, and analysis of statistical data related to the profile.
  4. Detailed information on the processing of personal data of Youtube channel Users can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy. The User may at any time delete comments under the Data Administrator’s posts, unfollow the Administrator’s profile on the Instagram platform or delete the account on the Youtube channel.
